Georganne Bell is the sugar artist behind the popular cookie decorating blog LilaLoa. With over 80,000 Facebook fans and averaging 100,000 hits monthly, she is well known in the cookie decorating community. She began her journey into sugar through cakes, but quickly switched to cookies when she moved to South Korea and discovered that her oven was the size of a bread box. Georganne is a regular contributor at SugarEd Productions Sugar Art School. She was a guest instructor at a culinary college in South Korea and has been on a local morning television as well as an internet subscription cookie decorating show to demonstrate cookie decorating projects.
