About the Author:

Joyce has spent the last 25+ years catering weddings and events as a part-time job/hobby. She does all the cooking while her daughters, daughters-in-law, and granddaughters help with everything else. She catered 23 events in 2013 (she had to restrict the number), which ranged from 34 guests to 550 guests. Events included: anniversary parties, 10 wedding receptions, Springville Art Museum (557 guests), graduation parties, high school reunions, etc. Joyce lives in Springville, Utah.
